COVID-19 Vaccine and Testing Information: San Bernardino, Tulare, and Ventura Counties

San Bernardino County: Residents age 65 plus and front-line health care workers under Phase 1A, Tier 1-3 who live and work within San Bernardino County may sign up to receive email or text notifications for updates on vaccination opportunities. If you need assistance signing up for notifications or have any questions about the vaccine, please call the COVID-19 hotline at (909) 387-3911 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

San Bernardino County residents can sign up for free COVID testing at sbcovid19.com/testing-sites/ Due to increased demand in COVID-19 testing, appointments are highly recommended. Walk-ins will experience longer wait times.



Tulare County: Residents age 75 plus and front-line health care workers under Phase 1A, Tier 1-3 may sign up to receive email or text notifications for updates on vaccination opportunities.
